Mauana Anderson became interested in real estate when she bought her first home in 2005 and discovered the benefits of being a homeowner, but it wasn’t until she had added two investment properties to her portfolio that she realized she had a knack for it. In 2018, she finally decided to combine her skills as a social worker with her penchant for real estate to help people seeking guidance with their real estate needs.
 
Mauana specializes in finding first-time buyers the perfect home, but no matter what her clients are looking for, they can depend on her. Her impeccable work ethic, dedication to their goals, and personal mission to always be and do her best create an environment of trust where every client knows Mauana is in their corner. Her natural empathy helps her stay attuned to their needs as she guides them through the process, and she is continually looking out for premium real estate opportunities that she can pass along.
 
Since Mauana buys, renovates, and sells properties through her renovation business, she can direct clients toward up and coming neighborhoods and give them expert guidance on schools, amenities, and the community. She considers herself a Sacramento native – she grew up in town, attended local schools, and got her master’s degree from Sacramento State University. Her clients benefit from her wealth of local knowledge.
 
When not working, Mauana is busy running her other business, Chase Royalty Home Solutions, and actively volunteering at her church. As a proud mother of two, she also loves spending time with her family.
